CYBERSECURITY FOR TEENS (AGES 12–15)

Starting in July

Would you like your child not just to use technology, but to understand how digital security actually works?

On the cybersecurity course teenagers learn the fundamentals of information security, find out how modern cyberattacks work, and learn to behave safely online.

During the course participants will:

  • learn how passwords work and how they are cracked
  • learn to create strong passwords
  • learn what phishing is and how to recognise it
  • find out how websites and online services are built
  • get an introduction to ethical hacking
  • try their hand at Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges

All classes take place in a safe learning environment and are designed to build digital literacy, logical thinking and an understanding of cybersecurity principles.

The course suits complete beginners and requires no preparation.

Formats:

  • group classes in person in Buford, Georgia
  • one-to-one classes online
  • classes in Russian and in English
