DevOps Engineer Demo Class, November 1–2

Want to understand what DevOps is in practice? Join the free two-day demo class on November 1 and 2.

In this course we will build your first DevOps project together. Across two full sessions you will get into cloud technology and automation. Guided by our experienced expert we will stand up a simple website from scratch using leading DevOps tools:

• AWS — as the platform providing the resources
• Terraform — as the tool for launching from code
• Git / GitHub — as the source of the site code and configuration
• Linux and the terminal — as another way of working with the cloud

In the sessions you will try the key DevOps tools and see how they are used in real work. The experience will give you an understanding of how DevOps engineers automate tasks and build workflows, and help you decide on your next steps in the profession.
