From Monday to Friday, the project founder and project manager hold stand-up meetings with UX designers, developers, and testers.
During these meetings, we conduct planning sessions and discuss issues that have arisen during interface design, testing, or programming. We also discuss organizational matters and the overall concept of our product.
The project team works using the Agile methodology. Work on the project is divided into short two-week sprints. In each sprint, we select a series of tasks, break each down into subtasks, and divide them among team members.
